Free tracked shipping on orders over $30!

Untracked orders under $30 will be sent in an envelope – the cost for this just covers what we pay for the stamp.

All orders are processed within two business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We’ll let you know when it’s on its way! For tracked parcels you’ll receive an email notification from us once it’s been shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Need a hand?

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, or if your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@siddy.co.nz with your order number.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, as long as the seed packet is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange this.
